For this week, it was very interesting to read about different leadership styles among which I was most interested to read about task style that gave the knowledge and understand of how a leader is able to gain the attention of the employees and people by the tasks performed by them. These tasks are not just restricted to the decision making processes but also involves the strategies that will build a better working environment for the employees and also for the leader themselves.
